1. 30-Day In-Home Audition Guarantee

We believe high-fidelity cinema displays and discrete acoustic sound stages must be experienced in your actual acoustic space. You have thirty (30) calendar days from the verified date of delivery to evaluate your equipment.

2. Return Conditions & Zero Restocking Fee

To qualify for a full refund:

• The item must be in like-new optical and cosmetic condition.
• All original accessories (remotes, power supplies, mounting hardware, and documentation) must be returned in original factory packaging.
• Zero Restocking Fee: Unlike standard electronics brokers, Premium Home Theaters charges $0.00 restocking fee on all approved returns.

3. Return Shipping & Freight Labels

For items that arrive defective or damaged during transit, Premium Home Theaters provides a prepaid, fully insured freight bill of lading at zero cost to you. For buyer-remorse returns, customer pays return freight or we can arrange discounted pickup deducted from the refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once our engineering facility inspects the returned hardware (typically within 2 business days), your refund is immediately issued back to your original payment method. Card issuers credit funds within 3 to 5 business days.
